Job summary

Cribl, a B2B SAAS data observability leader, seeks an Analytics Lead to act as an internal data consultant and product owner across GTM, People, Finance, and more. You’ll design self-serve data solutions and own the Data UX for stakeholders across the business.

With 7+ years in analytics, SQL proficiency, and experience with Snowflake/dbt and BI tools, you’ll translate analyses into actionable decisions while partnering with executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics or related field, with senior partner with business leaders.
• Deep knowledge of GTM drivers, marketing analytics, attribution, funnel analysis.
• Proficient in SQL; familiar with Snowflake, dbt, and BI tools with semantic layers.
• Ability to use AI-assisted modeling; value business knowledge with SQL.
• Experience building or directing predictive models and experiments.
• Track record presenting analyses to executives.
• Strong written communication; turn insights into actionable memos.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across stakeholders and decline requests with reason.

Responsibilities

• Executive storytelling and audience tailoring for decision makers.
• Product-minded analytics: prioritize, plan, and deliver self-serve analyses.
• Frame problems, define requirements, and own analytics end-to-end.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align analytical priorities.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance analytics and drive efficiency.
• Advise on marketing data, campaigns, attribution, and funnel analytics.
