Cribl, a leading B2B SaaS data observability company, seeks an Analytics Lead to act as a data consultant and product owner across GTM, People, Finance, and more. You will design self-serve data solutions, own the Data UX, and partner with senior leaders to translate analyses into actionable business decisions.

You will use SQL, the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt), and BI tools with semantic layers to drive insights, influence strategy, and accelerate AI-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics or data roles partnering with senior leaders.
• Deep knowledge of GTM drivers with marketing analytics experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, and BI tools with semantic layers.
• Ability to present analyses to executives and influence decisions.
• Strong written communication for clear memos and dashboards.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate analyses into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
• Treat analytics as a product; prioritize work by impact with a reusable data UX.
• Define requirements from ambiguous questions and own analytics end-to-end.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align analytical priorities.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance analytics and drive efficiency.
• Provide strategic guidance on campaign performance, attribution, and funnel analytics.
