Job summary

Omnicom’s Hearts & Science in the US is seeking a data and analytics leader to join the Business Analytics team. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, oversee client deliverables, and mentor analysts while collaborating with planning and investment teams.

You will design measurement plans, lead analytics projects for media and customer journeys, present to clients, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge of marketing analytics and data (1st/3rd party data, data lakes)
• Experience in integrated marketing related to media and customer journey development
• Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising
• Analytic solution development and problem solving to drive results
• Proven leadership and client relationship experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to train and coach colleagues for growth
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations
• Interest in adopting emerging ad tech trends

Responsibilities

• Build deep understanding of client’s strategic issues and initiatives
• Participate in measurement plan development and execution
• Ensure timely delivery of scheduled and ad hoc deliverables
• Generate insights and narratives through analytic techniques

• Present reports and POVs to clients
