Qualifikationen

• Industry knowledge in marketing analytics and data solutions (1st/3rd party data, data lakes, clean rooms)
• Experience in integrated marketing related to media and/or customer journey development
• Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising
• Analytic problem solving to clarify strategic and operational issues in data and analytics
• Proven leadership and strong client relationship experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex solutions
• Ability to train and coach colleagues, stay organized, manage scope and timing
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
• Interest in adopting emerging ad tech to drive change

Aufgaben

• Build deep understanding of client strategic issues and competitive position
• Participate in measurement plan development and execution
• Ensure timely delivery of scheduled and ad hoc deliverables
• Generate clear, actionable insights and narratives from analytics
• Lead, mentor and train analysts
• Present reports, POVs to clients regularly by phone and in person
• Contribute to consumer segmentation and audience exploration processes
• Design tests to measure incremental media impact on business outcomes
• Manage cross-functional day-to-day tasks and priorities
• Internal: provide coaching and training to direct reports and agency teams
• Partner on annual budget setting, media plan development and optimization
• Recruit new talent
• Provide career growth roadmap for team
• Keep abreast of industry trends via research and events
