Job summary

Omnicom's Marketing Sciences and Technology team in the US seeks a Director of Business Analytics to lead data-driven strategies for major brands. You will partner with Planning, Investment and Activation teams across New York, Chicago and Los Angeles to translate complex data into actionable insights and optimized media plans.

You will mentor managers, design robust measurement plans, oversee budgets, and help clients uncover incremental impact through rigorous analytics and storytelling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting
• Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution is desirable

Responsibilities

• Build understanding of client’s strategic issues and competitive position
• Turn analytics into clear, actionable insights and narratives
• Partner with Planning, Investment and Activation on budget setting and optimization
• Lead measurement plan development and execution
• Anticipate client needs and develop solutions
• Ensure timely delivery of all deliverables
• Mentor and train managers and ADs
• Contribute to consumer segmentation and audience identification
• Design tests to measure incremental media impact
• Provide ad hoc support to clients on strategic marketing problems
• Provide methodological support and coaching to direct reports and broader teams
• Lead and mentor direct reports on career growth and skill development
