Job summary
Hearts & Science is seeking a data and analytics leader to drive insight-driven media strategies for clients in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with planning and investment teams to translate data into actionable recommendations and compelling narratives that inform budgets and optimization.
The role requires extensive experience in marketing analytics, audience-driven campaigns, and strong leadership.
Qualifications
- University degree with 5-7 years of data analytics experience in advertising or digital consulting.
- Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Build deep understanding of client issues, initiatives and competitive position.
- Deliver actionable insights and narratives using advanced analytics techniques.
- Lead, mentor and train analysts and managers.
- Present reports and POVs to clients by phone and in person.
- Design tests to measure incremental media impact on outcomes.
- Partner with planning and investment teams on budgets and plan optimization.
