Job summary

Suvi, an Akima company, is seeking a Training & Field Support Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive training materials for analytical applications in a New York setting. The role includes conducting sessions both virtually and in traditional classrooms, providing end-user support, and traveling as needed to deliver training.

Applicants should have strong IT training experience in a Windows environment, excellent communication skills, and readiness for up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support or IT training in Windows-based environments.
• Experience delivering IT training to government/federal agencies preferred.
• Security considerations: Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility preferred.
• Experience with Intelligence Community operations and terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive training materials tailored for courses and ensure effective knowledge transfer to participants.
• Provide frontline field support, including ad hoc training, troubleshooting and incident response.
• Travel to deliver training sessions across diverse locations as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and refine training programs for evolving needs.
