Job summary

Suvi, an Akima company, seeks a Training & Field Support Specialist in Washington, DC to create course materials for analytical applications, deliver IT training in person and virtually, and provide frontline end-user support to our government clients. Candidates must have a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, experience in IT training delivery, and be able to travel up to 25%.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to refine programs and support analytic workflows.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience delivering IT training in classroom and virtual environments.
• Experience in a Windows-based IT environment or IT helpdesk (3 years preferred).
• Experience with Intelligence Community operations, platforms, and terminology (2 years preferred).
• Experience supporting IT training delivery and curriculum for US Federal agencies (1 year preferred).
• Experience developing training for intelligence personnel focused on analytic workflows.
• Experience using analytic tools and databases to support intelligence analysis.
• Excellent oral and written communication and outstanding customer service.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Data analysis and presentation in Excel (charts, pivots).
• Must be comfortable with 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Acquire mastery of analytical applications to instruct end users on system functionalities.
• Deliver IT software training in person and virtually.
• Create training materials tailored for various courses for effective knowledge transfer.
• Provide frontline field support, including ad hoc training, troubleshooting, and incident assistance.
• Travel to deliver training sessions across diverse locations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and enhance training programs.
