Suvi, an Akima company, is seeking a Training & Field Support Specialist to deliver IT software training in Denver, CO. The role involves creating course materials, conducting both virtual and in-person sessions, and providing ongoing end-user support to ensure proficiency across analytical applications.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT training or support, experience with Windows-based environments, and the ability to travel 25% for on-site sessions, with a TS clearance and SCI

Formación

• Clearance: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility is required.
• Willingness to travel 25% for field training delivery.
• 3+ years in IT support or training in Windows-based environments.
• Experience delivering IT training in classroom and virtual settings.
• Experience with IC operations, platforms, and terminology (2+ yrs preferred).
• Experience supporting IT training for Federal agencies or helpdesk-like environments (1+ yr preferred).
• Curriculum development and training delivery for analytic workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Master analytical applications to instruct end users on system functions.
• Deliver IT software training both in person and virtually.
• Create comprehensive training materials tailored to courses.
• Provide frontline field support and troubleshooting.
• Travel to deliver training sessions at various locations.
