Job summary

Dow is seeking an Associate Analytical Technician in Illinois to support manufacturing operations by conducting laboratory analyses, preparing samples and maintaining instrumentation. You will report results to production personnel and help ensure data integrity following standard procedures.

The role requires laboratory skills, willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, and compliance with EH&S and ODMS practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or higher in chemistry preferred.
• 2+ years laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine analyses under supervision and progress to proficiency.
• Prepare samples and maintain analytical instrumentation.
• Report results to production personnel and engineers.
• Follow EH&S and ODMS procedures and maintain lab data records.
• Assist with shipping paperwork and lab housekeeping.
