Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

• Associate degree or higher in chemistry preferred.
• 2+ years of laboratory experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of lab techniques (gravimetric, volumetric, temperature measurements).
• Software experience: Microsoft Office, SAP, MOC.

Responsibilities

• Train to perform routine analyses under supervision until proficient.
• Collect samples according to the Sample Plan.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance of analytical systems.
• Evaluate validity of data and take appropriate action.
• Monitor analytical systems and escalate problems as needed.
• Document, communicate and archive analytical results.
• Follow EH&S and ODMS procedures for tasks.
• Suggest improvements to lab processes and tools.
• Escalate non-routine requests to the appropriate team.
• Perform lab housekeeping and restocking.
