Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine analyses under supervision until proficient.
• Collect samples per the Sample Plan.
• Conduct basic preventative maintenance of analytical systems.
• Evaluate data validity for routine analyses and take appropriate action.
• Monitor analytical systems and escalate issues when needed.
• Document, communicate and archive analytical results and data.
• Follow EH&S and ODMS procedures in daily tasks.
• Suggest improvements to lab processes and tools.
• Handle non-routine requests with team guidance.
• Maintain lab housekeeping and restock inventory; assist with shipping paperwork.
