Job summary

Dow in Illinois is seeking an Associate Analytical Technician to support manufacturing by performing routine lab analyses, preparing samples and maintaining instrumentation. You will report results to operators and engineers, applying SOPs to ensure data quality and compliance.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus chemistry-focused credentials.
• Experience with routine lab analyses and instrument maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train to perform routine analyses under supervision until proficient.
• Collect samples per Sample Plan and document results.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance of analytical systems.
• Ensure data validity and escalate problems as needed.
• Adhere to EH&S and ODMS procedures and maintain lab cleanliness.
