Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applied science or engineering required; biology/chemistry/electronics/math acceptable.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles; in related fields advantageous.
• Experience with analytical lab equipment and safety in lab environments required.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled preventive maintenance for contract customers and remedial maintenance for non-contract customers billed hourly.
• Drive toward zero service recalls and complete assigned calls within required timeframes.
• Maintain billing information accuracy by adhering to service agreements and documenting activities.

Education
