Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in applied science, biology, chemistry, electronics, mathematics, or engineering.
2+ years of experience in maintaining and repairing analytical lab equipment.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and CMMS software.

Responsibilities

Provide scheduled preventive maintenance for contract customers and remedial maintenance for non-contract customers billed hourly.
Drive toward zero service recalls and complete assigned preventive maintenance calls on site within time frames.
Demonstrate knowledge of service agreements to provide accurate billing information to customers.
Educate and promote training, software, and laboratory services products to customers.
