Job summary

Longview Clinic Operations LLC is seeking an AMR Coordinator to lead education and optimization of the Ambulatory Medical Record system across clinical settings. You will partner with market and corporate leadership, clinicians, and staff to drive performance improvements and ensure AMR competency.

You will onboard new staff, monitor workflow adherence, provide ongoing training, and support go-live activities and post-go-live optimization to sustain high-quality documentation and compliant

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in Healthcare, Health Information Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of healthcare experience, preferably in a clinical role such as MA or other direct patient care position.

Responsibilities

• Provides AMR training and workflow optimization to clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Conducts assessments of new physician practices and clinics prior to AMR implementation.
• Monitors AMR utilization and collaborates with leadership to develop improvement plans.
• Onboards new clinical staff and providers, including go-live support and post-go-live optimization.
• Delivers ongoing training through classroom, remote, and hands-on formats.
