Job summary

You will train staff, monitor utilization, and provide ongoing onboarding and post-go-live optimization to enhance system utilization and care coordination.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides AMR training and workflow optimization across clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Assesses new physician practices and clinics prior to AMR implementation.
• Monitors system utilization and partners with leadership to plan improvements.
• Onboards new staff, delivers go-live support, and optimizes post-go-live use.
• Conducts ongoing training in classrooms, remote sessions, and hands-on formats.
• Maintains AMR user access and ensures security compliance and RBAC alignment.
