Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide AMR training and workflow optimization to staff.
• Assess new practices before AMR implementation.
• Monitor AMR utilization and identify training gaps.
• Onboard new staff with go-live support and post-go-live optimization.
• Conduct ongoing training in classrooms, remote learning, and hands-on sessions.
• Maintain AMR user access and role-based permissions.
• Support documentation practices and patient portal enrollment.
• Review AMR utilization data and coordinate optimization visits.
• Perform other duties and maintain attendance.
