Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of college; bachelor preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years related EMR/practice management experience.
• English language proficiency with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong knowledge of physician office workflows and data entry.
• Experience with EMR and practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all EMRs within the market used by employed physician practices.
• Evaluate new practices per established guidelines.
• Maintain all practice EMRs per corporate policies.
• Train new physicians and staff; develop training docs.
• Evaluate EMR performance and train additional staff as needed.
• Stay current with new features; train staff accordingly.
• Analyze and implement policies governing data entry in EMR systems.
• Implement and monitor Meaningful Use guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians to improve workflows.
