Job summary

Longview Clinic Operations LLC is seeking an Onsite Ambulatory Medical Records Coordinator to support EHR adoption across ambulatory clinics. You will onboard providers, train staff, monitor usage, and ensure compliant documentation workflows in a collaborative healthcare setting.

You will partner with clinic leadership and IT to drive improvements and maintain up-to-date AMR training materials and guides.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in healthcare, clinical, or IT-related field is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in a physician office or ambulatory care setting preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in clinical training, informatics, or EHR optimization preferred.
• Experience with Athena Clinicals or other EHR platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and EHR readiness for new providers and staff, including training and go-live support.
• Deliver AMR workflows, tools, and policies training to standardize clinics.
• Monitor EHR utilization and documentation quality against established workflows.
• Partner with leadership to identify gaps and develop corrective action plans.
• Compile and share AMR utilization reports with stakeholders.
• Maintain AMR training content and reference guides.
