Job summary

The Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma is seeking a Programs Support Coordinator (AmeriCorps Oklahoma Opportunities Service Member) to help maintain daily operations of the Healthcare Program, conduct CACFP monitor visits, support SFSP, and assist with other programs as needed.

In this role you will coordinate orders, prepare reports, develop onboarding materials, oversee training and compliance, collect feedback, ensure accurate data entry, and collaborate with Operations and Culinary

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Healthcare site program administrators about upcoming orders, monthly reports, and program updates.
• Submit and maintain healthcare program orders for sites.
• Develop onboarding materials for designated programs.
• Oversee training requirements, certifications, and compliance for program sites.
• Gather feedback from program sites about program effectiveness.
• Oversee accurate data entry and identify efficiencies in reporting processes.
• Assist with additional Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma programming, including Food is Medicine opportunities.
• Develop education and referral materials for Food is Medicine opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Operations and Culinary departments regarding program orders, inventory, sourcing, and meal planning.
