Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma in Tulsa, OK seeks a Federal Programs Coordinator to oversee CACFP, CSFP, and SFSP, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while coordinating with internal departments to meet program goals.

The role involves supervising a part-time team during the Summer Meals Initiative, managing reimbursements, maintaining records, and building strong relationships with program partners for successful nutrition programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of finance, budgets, and budgeting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee CACFP, CSFP, and SFSP, including site selection, training, monitoring, compliance, reimbursement, and budgeting.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with program partners through visits and calls.
• Coordinate with Culinary and Sourcing teams to align meal volumes with budgets.
• Supervise and support a part-time team during the Summer Feeding Initiative.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal food program regulations and required training.
• Maintain records and prepare reports and reimbursement claims.
• Track expenses and oversee program operations for efficiency.
• Represent the Food Bank at media and community partner events.
