Job summary

The Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma is seeking a Programs Support Coordinator to manage daily operations across healthcare and nutrition programs. This AmeriCorps Oklahoma Opportunities Service Member role focuses on CACFP monitoring, SFSP support, and cross-program assistance to ensure accurate orders, reporting, and compliant operations.

You will develop onboarding materials, oversee trainings and certifications, collect site feedback, and collaborate with the Operations and Culinary departments

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Healthcare site program admins on orders, reports, and updates.
• Submit and maintain healthcare program orders for sites.
• Develop onboarding materials for designated programs.
• Oversee training requirements, certifications, and compliance for program sites.
• Gather feedback from program sites about effectiveness of programs.
• Oversee accurate data entry and identify efficiencies in reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Operations and Culinary teams on program orders, inventory, sourcing, and meal planning.
