Job summary

Alsys International, based in the Netherlands, seeks a Houston-based sales lead for the Americas. You will manage technical customer enquiries, drive revenue targets, and work with partners and Head Office to configure robotic systems for lab automation.

You will travel ~25% of the time, visit customers, give demonstrations, and manage opportunities from initial contact to quotation. This role blends chemistry insight with commercial discussions across the Americas, from Houston or home.

Qualifications

• Experience selling laboratory automation solutions to North and South American clients.
• Strong knowledge of chemical processes used in sample preparation and analysis.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into robotic configurations.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers in the Americas for laboratory automation solutions.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from outreach to closing deals.
• Negotiate terms and close deals, meeting regional revenue targets.
• Collaborate with distribution partners and Head Office for engineering and lead times.
• Present technical demonstrations on-site and remotely to customers.
• Maintain CRM records and report market developments to Head Office.
