Alleima USA LLC is seeking an entry‑level Commercial Operations Associate for the Americas Primary products to support regional sales and marketing efforts from Houston. You will interact with customers and internal teams, coordinating with our Swedish manufacturing group to drive growth in the Americas market.

The role offers exposure to market intelligence, lead generation, and end‑to‑end commercial activities across the customer journey, with travel around 20% and ample opportunity to develop

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, engineering, marketing or international business.
• 0–3 years of professional experience.
• Internship, co‑op, or other relevant commercial experience desirable.
• Interest in industrial manufacturing and international business.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Market: identify new markets, customers, industries and opportunities in the Americas.
• Support Business Development: generate leads and assist customer visits, trade shows and growth initiatives.
• Build Customer Relationships: engage customers with professional, timely follow‑ups through the commercial process.
• Coordinate Commercial Activities: connect customers, Americas sales, and Swedish manufacturing for execution.
• Manage Opportunities: support quotations, proposals, pipeline, forecasting and follow‑ups.
• Provide Market Intelligence: monitor trends, customer needs, competitors and industry developments.
• Drive Commercial Execution: follow up orders, open actions, and resolve customer issues.
• Support Regional Growth: prepare analyses, reports, and presentations to grow Americas business.
