Job summary

Cisco is seeking an AMER Partner Strategy & Acceleration Lead for Contact Center to drive executive alignment and revenue growth across the Americas through top VARs, SIs, SPs, and MSPs.

You will bridge global GTM with in-theater execution, scaling migrations to Webex Contact Center and accelerating partner-led AI adoption while building profitable partner practices across the region.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in CCaaS/Contact Center or SaaS partner sales strategy.
• Deep understanding of CCaaS/On-Premise architectures and partner programs.
• Proven track record of building and scaling profitable partner practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive relationships with top partner practices and develop JBPs with revenue targets.
• Deploy GTM plays and migration playbooks for regional partners.
• Elevate regional partners with services packaging, certifications and pilots.
• Drive on-premise to cloud migrations for Webex Contact Center and AI Agent workflows.
• Collaborate with renewal teams to secure ongoing cloud migration motions.
