This role blends strategic leadership with field execution, bridging global GTM with regional deployment of Webex Contact Center and AI agent initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of CCaaS / SaaS partner sales strategy experience.
• Deep knowledge of CCaaS solutions and AI/UX trends.
• Proven track record building profitable partner practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Executive Practice Building with C-level partner relationships.
• Execute In-Theater GTM plays and joint business plans.
• Drive Practice Acceleration sprints with regional partners.
• Bridge migrations from on-premise to cloud Contact Center.
