Job summary

Cisco is seeking an AMER Partner Strategy & Acceleration Lead for Contact Center. You will architect partner programs, manage executive-level relationships, and accelerate revenue for Cisco’s CC and AI partner businesses across the Americas.

This role requires strategic vision, technical fluency, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Your responsibilities span JBPs, GTM plays, partner practice growth, and migrations to Webex Contact Center.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of high-performance experience in CCaaS, CX, or SaaS partner sales strategy.
• Deep understanding of Cisco Contact Center solutions and AI/Virtual Agent tech.
• Proven track record building and scaling profitable partner practices with VARs/SIs/SPs/MSPs.
• Executive presence with ability to influence C-level partner executives and leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Eng, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead Executive Practice Building with C-level and Director relationships across partner practices.
• Execute In-Theater GTM plays and migration plays into regional partner practices.
• Lead Practice Acceleration Sprints for elevated regional partners.
• Drive On-Premise to Cloud migrations for Webex Contact Center adoption.
• Protect recurring base and bridge renewals with proactive cloud migrations.
• Align field/specialists with regional sales leaders on territory accounts.
• Innovate on modern commercial models and partner programs.
• Interlock product/BU priorities with partners and enablement teams.
