Job summary

Cisco is seeking an AMER Partner Strategy & Acceleration Lead for Contact Center to drive executive engagement and accelerate partner-led growth across the Americas. You will architect partner programs, align with field teams, and push migrations to Webex Contact Center and AI Agent workflows.

You will build JBPs, manage regional partner practices, and collaborate with sales directors and renewal teams to sustain recurring revenue across VARs, SIs, SPs, and MSPs.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in CCaaS/Customer Experience or SaaS partner sales strategy.
• Deep understanding of Contact Center solutions and AI/Virtual Agent tech.
• Proven track record building profitable partner practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive relationships with top partner practices and develop JBPs with revenue targets.
• Deploy GTM plays and migration playbooks to regional partners.
• Drive migrations from on-premise to Webex Contact Center and AI Agent workflows.
• Collaborate with renewal desks to manage expiring contracts and cloud migration motions.
• Align field and specialist teams on territory account mapping and marquee deals.
