Job summary

Cisco is seeking an AMER Partner Strategy & Acceleration Lead for Contact Center to orchestrate executive relationships with top partners across the Americas, align with field teams, and accelerate revenue growth for Webex Contact Center and AI Agent solutions.

You will own JBPs, drive migrations from on‑prem to cloud, and shape modern SaaS commercial models with EA 3.0 and VIP programs, reporting to senior leadership. Open to all US locations and remote-first collaboration across the region.

Qualifications

8–10+ years in CCaaS/Customer Experience or SaaS partner sales strategy.
Deep understanding of CCaaS solutions and associated technologies.
Proven track record building and scaling partner practices with VARs/SIs/SPs/MSPs.

Responsibilities

Lead executive relationships across top partner practices and develop JBPs with revenue targets.
Deploy global migration plays and regional partner GTM plans.
Drive practice acceleration sprints and packaging for professional services.
Architect programs to migrate on‑premise seats to Webex Contact Center and AI Agent workflows.
Collaborate with renewal teams to protect base and bridge renewals.
Align field teams with regional specialists on marquee deals.
