Harvey is transforming how legal and professional services operate with frontier AI and an enterprise-grade platform. As a Senior Leader, you will oversee Legal Engineering in the Americas, reporting to the VP of Legal Engineering & Regulatory Investigations.

You will manage Legal Engineering Managers, scale teams, and partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver outstanding outcomes and shape the future of Harvey's legal tech.

Qualificações

• Qualified lawyer with 9+ years PQE.
• Experience at a top-tier law firm (Vault 50 or equivalent) and/or in-house at a Fortune 500 or leading tech company.
• Experience leading managers and manager-led organizations.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience owning organizational systems, processes, and operating models.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and drive results across multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and scale a team of Legal Engineering Managers serving Harvey's in-house customers.
• Build the systems and processes enabling Legal Engineering to deliver outcomes at scale.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to align priorities and drive execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to legal department leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Drive organizational performance through planning, resource management, and talent development.
• Help define the future of Legal Engineering and Harvey's partnerships with corporate legal departments.
