Job summary

Harvey, Inc. is seeking a Legal Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of Legal Engineers and partner with Sales to support strategic accounts. You will drive complex engagements, advise on litigation workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance Harvey’s legal AI platform.

You will work with senior stakeholders, shape GTM strategy, and help scale the team through process improvements and enablement. A strong litigation background and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE and experience in litigation, investigations, arbitration, disputes, regulatory, or compliance.
• Experience managing a team with a track record of developing talent and driving performance.
• Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools, with ability to quickly learn Harvey’s platform.
• Strong understanding of litigation workflows, including research, drafting, discovery, and matter management.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; experienced in trainings, workshops, demos, or customer-facing sessions.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Legal Engineers with focus on customer engagement and commercial impact.
• Partner with Sales leadership to support strategic accounts, develop deal strategy, and drive outcomes.
• Oversee complex engagements: discovery, product demos, advising on litigation, investigations, regulatory, and compliance workflows.
• Build trusted relationships with senior legal and business leaders across organizations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Enablement to improve workflows and GTM strategy.
• Synthesize customer feedback to inform product roadmap and new use cases.
• Scale the Legal Engineering organization by refining processes and enablement materials.
