Job summary

Harvey, Inc. is seeking a Head of AMER Legal Engineering (In-House) to lead the in-house Legal Engineering teams across the Americas.

You will report to the VP, Legal Engineering & Regulatory Investigations and partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver scalable solutions. The role requires a qualified lawyer with 9+ PQE, experience at a top-tier firm or in-house, and a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams in fast-paced

Qualifications

PQE: 9+ years in law (post-qualification experience).
Experience at top-tier law firm (Vault 50) or in-house with client-facing work.
Experience leading managers and manager-led teams.
Experience building and scaling high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to own organizational systems and operating models.
Strong cross-functional partnerships and executive influence.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and scale Legal Engineering Managers and their teams.
Build systems and processes enabling legal engineering to scale outcomes.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
Act as trusted advisor to legal leadership and senior stakeholders.
Drive organizational performance through planning, resources, and talent development.
Define the future of Harvey's Legal Engineering in the Americas.
