Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Senior Legal Engineering Leader in Chicago to guide in-house Legal Engineering across the Americas. You will oversee Legal Engineering Managers, drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations, and build scalable processes for a high-growth legal tech platform.

You will partner with senior legal and business leaders, shape organizational systems, and lead with decisiveness, clarity, and a bias toward action.

Qualifications

• PQE 9+ years as a lawyer.
• Experience at top-tier firms or large tech.
• Experience leading managers and teams.
• Proven ability to scale organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Legal Engineering Managers and their teams.
