Harvey is seeking a Legal Engineering Manager, Product Specialist to lead a high-performing team of Legal Engineers and Product Specialists, driving adoption, expansion, renewal, and long-term value across a global customer base.

You will coach senior lawyers turned customer advisors, shape post-sales strategy, and collaborate with Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to scale the function and elevate customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years practicing law at a top-tier firm or in-house with significant client-facing experience.
• 4+ years of direct people-management experience leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team: recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Legal Engineer – Product Specialists with a high bar for engagement and product expertise.
• Drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion: own team impact on adoption, utilization, renewals, and expansion with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee customer engagement strategy: guide implementation, onboarding, enablement, and delivery of workshops and trainings.
• Act as a senior escalation point for key accounts: engage strategic customers and unblock adoption challenges.
• Own team operations and performance management: manage capacity, allocation, and metrics tied to adoption and health.
• Build scalable processes and enablement: design playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and training programs for scale.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes: collaborate with CS, Sales, Product, Engineering, and research teams.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap: synthesize feedback to inform feature development and usability improvements.
• Shape Harvey’s customer-facing narrative: develop content and materials that reflect deep legal expertise.
