Harvey is seeking a senior leader to head in-house Legal Engineering in the Americas, reporting to the VP, Legal Engineering & Regulatory Investigations. You will manage Legal Engineering Managers and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to deliver scalable, high-impact outcomes for Harvey's in-house customers.

The role demands exceptional leadership, strong business judgment, and the ability to build scalable systems and processes across a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 9+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Experience practicing law at a top-tier firm or in-house with significant client exposure.
• Experience leading managers and manager-led organizations.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience owning organizational systems, processes, and operating models.
• Strong cross-functional partnerships and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of enterprise legal teams and legal operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop, and scale a team of Legal Engineering Managers serving Harvey's in-house customers.
• Build systems and processes enabling Legal Engineering to deliver outcomes at scale.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to align priorities and drive execution.
• Act as trusted advisor to legal department leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Drive organizational performance through planning, resource management, and talent development.
• Help define the future of Legal Engineering and Harvey's partnerships with corporate legal departments.
