Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Legal Engineering Manager, Product Specialist to lead a high-performing team of legal engineers and product specialists. You will drive customer adoption, expansion, renewal, and long-term value across Harvey’s global client base.

You will mentor former practicing lawyers, elevate engagement strategy, and partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to scale a best-in-class post-sales function.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• 5+ years practicing law at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house.
• 4+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Experience with senior stakeholders (general counsel, partners, executives).
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Legal Engineer – Product Specialists.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion with customers post-sales.
• Shape customer engagement strategy and delivery of workshops and trainings.
• Act as escalation point for key accounts and unblock adoption challenges.
• Manage team operations, capacity, and performance metrics.
• Design scalable enablement materials and playbooks with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Engineering to improve outcomes.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap based on customer feedback.
• Develop external-facing narrative that communicates Harvey's value.
