Job summary

Harvey is scaling its Legal Engineering function and seeking a Legal Engineering Manager to lead high-performing teams that support our go-to-market efforts. You will combine legal expertise with product and partnerships to shape how clients win with Harvey.

You'll manage a team of Legal Engineers, partner with Account Executives, and work with Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Engineering to improve workflows, drive strategic outcomes, and contribute to Harvey's growth and market presence.

Qualifications

Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE including litigation, investigations, or regulatory work.
Experience managing a team and developing talent.
Familiarity with legal tech and AI tools.
Strong understanding of litigation workflows and matter management.
Ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders across firms and legal departments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a solutions mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a high-performing team of Legal Engineers.
Partner with Sales leadership and Account Executives on strategic accounts.
Support complex engagements with discovery, demos, and advisory work.
Build relationships with senior litigation partners and General Counsel.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Enablement to improve workflows.
Influence product roadmap with customer feedback.
Scale the Legal Engineering org with improved processes and best practices.
Contribute to Harvey’s market presence through workshops and events.
