Job summary

UCLA Health in Santa Monica is seeking a Team Assistant to join the Ambulatory Float Team. You will support patient flow from registration through discharge, assist multiple clinics across 25+ specialties, and ensure an exceptional patient experience across UCLA Health's ambulatory network.

This on-site role requires travel to UCLA Health community clinics throughout Southern California, a flexible schedule, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be highly flexible and able to travel between UCLA Health sites.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Efficient scheduling and transportation arrangements.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple appointments.
• Proficient PC skills with Word, Excel, and email; familiarity with databases.

Responsibilities
