Job summary

UCLA Health is seeking a Team Assistant to join the Ambulatory Float Team. The role supports patients across 25+ specialties, traveling to multiple UCLA Health ambulatory sites throughout Southern California, while ensuring a high level of patient care and service.

You will help manage patient flow from registration through discharge, collaborate with clinic teams to ensure smooth operations, and provide coverage across practices based on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Must be highly flexible and able to travel between UCLA Health sites.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for coordinating appointments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, E-mail; experience with a database program.
