Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately in computer systems.
• Process new referrals and obtain records and authorizations.
• Schedule evaluations and clinic appointments per physician requests.
• Assist with master schedule and patient flow.
• Coordinate diagnostic testing and medical documentation.
• Provide phone coverage and distribute messages.
• Read/respond to emails and voicemails within 24 hours.
• Support complex customer service issues.
