• Graduate of a nursing program, as recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year of RN experience required.
• All entry-level associate degree RNs must complete BSN within five years of start date.
• Must have at least one year of floor nursing experience; OR Plastics OR experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Preoperative and postoperative patient evaluation, counseling and education.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and non-face-to-face triage as directed by physician.
• Manage orders and surgical listings in the electronic health record.
• Support nursing practice across settings per Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model.
• Demonstrate leadership, mentorship and collaboration with team members.
