Mayo Clinic seeks an Ambulatory Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Plastic Surgery team in the outpatient setting. You will support preoperative and postoperative care, coordinate multi-disciplinary services, and ensure seamless patient flow across subspecialties including Breast Reconstruction, Craniofacial, Lymphedema, and Gender-Affirming Care.

Qualifications

• RN requires nursing degree from ACEN/CCNE/NLNACEN accredited program.
• One year of RN experience required.
• Evidence of baccalaureate degree in nursing within five years from RN start date.

Responsibilities

• Preoperative and postoperative patient evaluation, counseling, and education.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and non-face-to-face triage.
• Manage orders and surgical listings in the EHR as directed by physicians.
• Support autonomous yet collaborative team-based patient care.
