Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Plastic Surgery team. You will provide preoperative and postoperative patient care across subspecialties including Breast Reconstruction, Craniofacial Surgery, Lymphedema, and Gender-Affirming Care.

Qualifications

• RN license in state requirements.
• BLS certification is required.
• One year of RN experience is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA).

Responsibilities

• Preoperative and postoperative patient evaluation, counseling and education.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and non-face-to-face patient triage.
• Manage orders, surgical listings and coordination in the EHR.
• Maintain strong communication and teamwork within the Plastic Surgery team.
