Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; associate/Bachelor preferred depending on dept.
• At least 1 year experience; supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to use sound judgment and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills.
• Basic medical terminology knowledge may be required for some roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and adjust staffing schedules.
• Manage billing paperwork and generate reports.
• May supervise staff and handle timekeeping tasks.
• Prepare correspondence, documents and presentations.
• Provide coverage for team members as needed and resolve operational problems.
• Plan and oversee community outreach and external communications.
• Organize events and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
• Serve as department contact and liaise with other teams.
• Review timesheets and approve time as required.
