Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in ambulatory healthcare/oncology operations with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ambulatory clinic operations including patient flow and staffing alignment.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient care integration with research activities.
• Partner with physicians, nursing, lab, pharmacy and research leaders.
• Develop strategic plans and budgets for ambulatory services.
• Apply Lean principles to improve workflows and capacity planning.
