Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, nursing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in ambulatory healthcare operations, oncology operations, or related clinical service areas, including direct leadership of teams and responsibility for operational and financial performance.
• Progressive leadership experience in ambulatory healthcare operations, oncology operations, or related clinical service operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ambulatory clinic operations including patient flow, access, throughput, staffing alignment, care environment, service recovery, and operational readiness.
• Partners with operational, physician, nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, infusion, and other leaders to ensure coordinated support services in ambulatory setting.
• Plan for future operational capacity, workflow design, and space utilization to meet ambulatory clinical and research needs.
• Uses Lean principles to conduct duties.
• Develop operating and capital budgets for assigned ambulatory clinic operations and related services.
