Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in management and operations in Ambulatory Care setting.
• Prior leadership experience a must.
• Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, P&L, and business operations.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic goals with analysis and projections for business success.
• Review and renew standard operating procedures for organizational operations.
• Establish and implement effective workplace procedures.
• Oversee administrative operations, including hiring and staff performance reviews.
• Monitor inventory for medications and medical equipment and coordinate resupply.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop business strategies and patient services.
• Ensure quality metrics and patient access targets are met.
• Perform data reporting for CCA and ensure departmental goals are met.
• Manage Kronos payroll, PTO, staffing schedules, and evaluations.
• All other duties as assigned.
