Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health is seeking a Practice Ops Manager to lead ambulatory administrative and clinical operations. This role supervises staff, hires, trains, schedules, and evaluates performance, manages patient flow, appointments, and inventory.

Collaborate with Medical Director to meet quality metrics, oversee budgets, regulatory compliance (HIPAA), and P&L. Requires 3+ years of management in ambulatory care and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of management experience in ambulatory care.
• Experience building relationships and managing multi-level staff.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory practices.
• Strong written, organizational, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Kronos payroll, PTO, staffing schedules, and evaluations.
• Budgets, P&L awareness, and business operations understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and business operations of the practice.
• Hire, train, and monitor staff; manage budgets and payroll.
• Monitor inventory of medications and equipment; coordinate resupply.
• Interact with patients; address complaints; ensure quality metrics.
• Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with physicians on business strategies and patient services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and HIPAA adherence.
