Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience overseeing staff and operations.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-level leadership.
• Experience managing programs, budgets, and HR matters.
• Working knowledge of regulatory compliance in ambulatory setting, HIPAA.
• Excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of health care finances and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and business operations of the practice.
• Hire, train, and monitor administrative operations.
• Manage inventory of medications and medical equipment; organize resupply.
• Interact with patients and address complaints.
• Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop business strategies and patient services.
• Ensure quality metrics and patient access metrics are met.
